PagerDuty debuts Paige AI agent with renamed PD Reliability Platform and PD Labs

PagerDuty launched Paige, an AI agent integrated into its renamed PD Reliability Platform, designed to assist site reliability engineering teams by diagnosing and resolving IT incidents with evidence-backed recommendations. The company also introduced PD Labs for early feature access and a new console to manage incidents and AI agents.
