Rusal to get majority stake in two joint ventures in Ghana

Rusal signed an agreement with Ghana's GIADEC to acquire majority stakes in two joint ventures for developing the Nyinahini bauxite deposit and building a 1.2 million ton alumina refinery powered by natural gas.
