Russia has accumulated sufficient winter-grade diesel stocks — Novak

Russia has built up adequate stocks of winter-grade diesel fuel, with production aligned to domestic refinery schedules, ensuring supply through the cold season, Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said.
