Russia to export 510,000 tons of diesel in October, 2.15 mln tons in November — Novak

Russia plans to export 510,000 tons of diesel fuel in October and aims to increase exports to 2.15 million tons in November, according to Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak. Earlier projections were lower, but export volumes are being adjusted based on market conditions and prior agreements with the US.
