Russia to share experience in restoring refineries with countries on Arabian Peninsula

Russia has developed a complete domestic production chain for oil refinery equipment and is ready to share its expertise and technology to help restore oil refineries in Arabian Peninsula countries. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak highlighted Russia's ability to quickly repair and maintain refinery units, offering support through equipment and know-how.
