S. Korea, Japan to hold vice foreign ministerial talks on N. Korea, bilateral issues

South Korea's First Vice Foreign Minister Park Yoon-joo and Japan's Takehiro Funakoshi are meeting for the 17th bilateral strategic dialogue to discuss North Korea's nuclear program, regional security, and economic cooperation.
