South Korea ranked 12th globally in AI adoption with over 40% usage in Q2 2026, rising four spots due to a 3.5-point increase in generative AI use among ages 15-64, per Microsoft's report. The global AI usage rate rose to 18.8%, led by UAE at 73.3%.
