Seoul arson suspect referred to prosecution for attempted murder

Police in Seoul have referred a man in his 70s to prosecutors on charges of arson and attempted murder after he set fires at two buildings housing patent firms, injuring 26 people. Evidence indicates the attacks were premeditated, including purchase of gasoline and disposal of personal belongings.
