ServiceNow has launched AI Control Tower, a platform designed to govern AI agents across models and clouds, focusing on workflow governance, risk management, and policy enforcement. While strong in governance workflows and audit trails, it currently does not fully cover technical runtime enforcement across heterogeneous enterprise AI systems. Research based on customer interviews suggests its main strength lies in governance workflows rather than complete technical control.
