French company Sesterce plans to invest over €10 billion to build an AI data centre campus at a former paper mill site in Jämsä, Finland, starting with 200MW capacity and aiming for over 1GW eventually. The project expects to create 2,000 construction jobs and 300 permanent roles, while adding renewable energy to the grid.
