SK Group chairman to chair board of SK hynix's U.S. AI arm

SK Group Chairman Chey Tae-won will lead the board of HYAICO Corp., SK hynix's U.S.-based AI investment arm, which plans to invest up to $10 billion to advance AI globally. The new entity restructures SK hynix's U.S. operations, with President Song Hyun-jong as CEO.
