Spain declares three days of mourning after deadly train crash — prime minister

Spain has declared three days of national mourning following a deadly train collision in Toledo Province, which has resulted in 68 fatalities. Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez announced the mourning period from October 29 to 31 after visiting the crash site.
