Sudanese leader says Russia could establish free economic zone on Red Sea

Sudan's Sovereignty Council Chairman Abdel Fattah al-Burhan proposed that Russia establish a free economic zone on Sudan's Red Sea coast for storing and supplying Russian wheat and fuel to African markets. He also invited Russian involvement in expanding Sudan's railway infrastructure to support logistics and trade.
