Synthesia’s AI training platform is moving beyond videos into live coaching

Synthesia launched Roleplay Sessions, an AI-driven interactive training tool that enables employees to practice conversations with AI avatars and receive performance feedback. This product aims to improve corporate training effectiveness by focusing on active practice and measurable outcomes. Synthesia plans to expand this platform to other training scenarios like job interviews and candidate screening.
