Tesla launches steering-wheel-free Cybercab robotaxi in Austin

Tesla has launched its Cybercab, a two-door, steering-wheel-free robotaxi, for public rides in Austin, expanding its autonomous ride-hailing service beyond Model Ys. The Cybercab seats two passengers and can be hailed via Tesla's Robotaxi app. Tesla has registered 45 Cybercabs in Texas as of the launch.
