Train Qwen3 on AWS Trainium with torchtitan

Torchtitan enables training of the Qwen3 language model on AWS Trainium hardware using standard PyTorch interfaces, supporting pre-training, fine-tuning, and custom kernel integration on a trn2.48xlarge instance.
