US government website used Chinese model the FBI called "malicious"

The US National Archives briefly used Alibaba's Chinese Qwen AI model on its Federal Register website, despite FBI warnings labeling such Chinese models as malicious. The tool was removed after public scrutiny revealed the contradiction between government use and law enforcement concerns.
