Vercel Sandbox now runs on Vercel Managed Images

Vercel has launched Vercel Managed Images (VMI), open-source base images for sandbox environments, replacing deprecated Sandbox runtimes. The default image is now vercel/sandbox/universal:latest, based on Ubuntu 26.04 with preinstalled tools and coding agents, updated nightly for security and consistency.
