Vint Cerf is working on a plan to unleash AI agents on the open internet

Vint Cerf, co-creator of internet protocols, has joined Innovation Labs to help develop open standards for AI agent identification on the internet. Innovation Labs proposes DNSid, linking AI agents to domain names with cryptographic proofs to ensure accountability. Trials are underway with major tech companies to establish a shared framework for autonomous AI agents operating across the web.
