Weebit Nano Launches Matrix ReRAM Research Program for In-Memory AI Computing

Weebit Nano has introduced the Weebit Matrix In-Memory Compute Research Program, providing researchers with ReRAM hardware to explore AI computations performed directly within memory. The program offers research kits featuring a 32×32 crossbar array to test operations like vector-matrix multiplication, aiming to reduce energy and time costs of data transfer in edge AI devices. This initiative focuses on enabling experimental work on ReRAM hardware rather than delivering a commercial AI product.
