PwC's 2027 Digital Trust Insights survey of 4,000 global business and tech leaders finds no consensus on who owns AI risk management in enterprises, with accountability split among CIOs, CEOs, CISOs, and emerging AI-specific roles. While cybersecurity is a board agenda item in 47% of firms, only a third have dedicated AI leadership positions, highlighting governance challenges amid rising AI adoption and security incidents.
