Xiaomi has introduced the Xring D100, a 3nm chip with a 20-core CPU and 16-core NPU for intelligent driving, set to replace Nvidia hardware in its vehicles starting in 2027. The company has invested over $3.1 billion in its chip program and aims to run large AI models on the chip.
