South Korean Prime Minister Han Seong-sook urged expanded cooperation with Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan in critical minerals like lithium and rare metals, as well as AI technologies, during summit meetings. She emphasized building an ecosystem combining Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan's mineral resources with South Korea's advanced technologies to boost industrial development and secure supply chains.
