Apple is developing a $1,000 tabletop home robot with a swiveling 9-inch screen, aiming for a 2027 launch but possibly delayed to 2028 due to software challenges. The device, codenamed J595 or HomeView Ultra, will feature cameras and sensors to interact with users and home environments.
