ElevenLabs targets AI assistants and customer support with two new voice models

ElevenLabs released two speech-to-speech AI models, Eleven Realtime v1 Mini and v1 Max, designed for voice agents in conversational assistants and customer support automation. The models support over 90 languages and 17,000 voices, with Max excelling in task completion and reasoning, and Mini optimized for natural conversational flow.
