FEATURE: Fukushima firm uses decommissioning know-how to develop AI robots

BeABLE, a Fukushima-based company with limited prior remote machinery experience, is developing AI-powered autonomous robots to aid decommissioning at the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear plant. They are building a new factory for research, development, and testing of these robots, aiming to advance decommissioning and reconstruction efforts by March 2027.
