Making every harness durable

Durable-harness is a new tool that enables coding agent harnesses like Pi, Claude Code, and others to run reliably in the cloud by surviving crashes and function timeouts. It supports running harnesses on Vercel, self-hosting with Postgres, and making local workflows durable, preventing lost work during interruptions.
