Microsoft Copilot joins CarPlay, leaving Gemini as the biggest holdout

Microsoft Copilot has added support for Apple CarPlay, joining five other major AI chatbot apps compatible with the platform. This update requires iOS 26.4 or later and a subscription for Copilot's CarPlay features. Google Gemini remains the only major AI chatbot not yet supported on CarPlay.
