Instinct and Meta's Muse AI assistants have both introduced new calling features that allow them to place calls to businesses and act as concierges, enhancing their task management capabilities. Instinct's Concierge service can handle complex requests like booking hard-to-reserve restaurants and managing service issues, while Muse's calling feature is rolling out to U.S. users who request it.
